Zach Ertz led Philadelphia in receptions (7) and receiving yards (65) during a 34-27 win at Green Bay to get the Eagles to 2-2. Appearing on 76 percent of offensive snaps, Ertz earned a 92.6 overall grade from Pro Football Focus, the second-highest of any tight end in Week 4.

Hooper had a mammoth day despite Atlanta falling, 24-10, at home to Tennessee, hauling in nine catches on 11 targets for a career-high 130 yards on 82 percent of offensive snaps. A bright spot for the 1-3 Falcons, Hooper is on pace to shatter his career highs in virtually every offensive category.

Blake Martinez's flying start to 2019 continued in Green Bay's 34-27 loss against Philadelphia on Thursday night. Martinez made a season- and game-high 15 tackles, including 10 solo stops, while appearing on all 62 defensive snaps. Martinez, who ranks second in the NFL with 47 tackles, has not missed a defensive snap this season.

McCaffrey's dominance continued with another standout performance in Carolina's 16-10 win at Houston on Sunday, accounting for 179 of the Panthers' 297 yards of offense. McCaffrey rushed 27 times for 93 yards and one touchdown while catching all 10 of his targets for 86 yards. McCaffrey added some flair with a highlight-reel catch in the fourth quarter and is on pace for 344 carries, 100 receptions and 2,516 yards from scrimmage. He joins Jim Brown as the only players in NFL history with three games of at least 175 scrimmage yards and one touchdown in his team's first four games while his six career games with 10 or more receptions tie Larry Centers and LaDainian Tomlinson for the most in history.

Okereke made seven tackles, including one for loss, in Indianapolis' 31-24 loss against Oakland. The rookie linebacker, who played 87 percent of defensive snaps, will continue to deputize in the starting lineup in the absence of All-Pro linebacker Darius Leonard.

Lining up against his older brother, Eric, for the first time in his life, Reid made a season-high 10 tackles while appearing on all 68 defensive snaps of Houston's 16-10 loss against Carolina. Reid did not draw a target from quarterback Kyle Allen in 38 pass coverage snaps.
