Cardinal distance runners competed at Dempsey Indoor (307-meter flat track) at the University of Washington.

Ella Donaghu clocked in at 8:54.72 to finish third in the 3,000 while Jessica Lawson came in seventh at 8:59.38.
In the 200, Carolyn Wilson placed seventh at 25.67.
On the men's side, Alex Ostberg finished eighth with a time of 7:49.01 in the 3,000.

Making her season debut in the mile, Julia Heymach produced Stanford's top mark in the event to date with a 4:33.37. Christina Aragon finished with a 4:37.30.
Among the Cardinal's top times in the 3,000, Ella Donaghu clocked in at 8:54.72, followed by Jessica Lawson (8:59.38), Abi Archer (9:22.49) and Kristin Fahy (9:31.99).
Carolyn Wilson placed second in her section of the 800 at 2:06.11.
For the men, Brandon McGorty's 1:51.48 was the top time in the 800 while Matt Rizzo's 4:03.16 paced the mile run.
Alex Ostberg was the only performer to finish the 3,000 in under eight minutes, checking in at 7:49:01. Alek Parsons finished with Stanford's top time in the 5,000, recording a 13:59.16.
