SALT LAKE CITY- At the NCAA Zone E Diving Championships this week, three Stanford women and three men qualified for NCAA Championships.
On the women's side, Carolina Sculti, Daria Lenz, and Mia Paulsen all qualified for multiple events.
Coming off of her Pac-12 Championship winning platform dive, Paulsen also earned first place in the platform at Zone E Championships with a score of 586.60. In addition, she qualified for the 1-meter, finishing fourth with a score of 589.35, and the 3-meter, placing tenth with a score of 573.60.
Lenz also qualified for all three events, placing third in the 3-meter (668.25), seventh in the platform (485.20) and eleventh in the 1-meter (538.10).
Sculti qualified for both the 1-meter, in which she placed third with 607.30 points, and the 3-meter, in which she placed fifth with 638.90 points.
For the men's team, three divers qualified for NCAAs, with Conor Casey and Noah Vigran qualifying in the 3-meter, Vigran and Ethan Foster qualifying in the platform, and Casey qualifying in the 1-meter.
Casey finished second in the 3-meter with a score of 803.45 on Tuesday and he placed third in the 1-meter on Monday with a score of 727.75.
Vigran won the platform competition, earning first place with a score of 763.05. He also placed eighth in the 3-meter, qualifying with a score of 679.20.
Foster finished fifth in the platform with a score of 671.75, earning him a place at NCAAs.
The Cardinal women travel to Athens, Ga. for NCAA Championships March 18-21, while the men will head to Indianapolis, Ind. for NCAA Championships March 25-28.
