LOS ANGELES – Fourth-ranked Stanford women's swimming and diving picked up 13 event victories to open its weekend in Southern California with a 169-119 victory at UCLA, Friday at the Spieker Aquatics Center.

The Cardinal (5-0, 4-0 Pac-12) opened the dual with a 57-hundreths of a second victory over the Bruins in the 200 medley relay and never looked back. The quartet of Alex Crisera, Allie Raab, Torri Huske and Emma Wheal went 1:39.69 to touch the wall in first place for 11 team points.

Stanford swept all three relays with victories in the 800 free relay (7:25.60) and the 200 free relay (1:31.62).

Huske continued her dominant freshman season with victories in the 100 fly (53.67) and 200 fly (1:59.22). Her mark in the 200 fly was a NCAA provisional standard to giver her qualifying marks in six individual events.

In the diving pool, Stanford picked up 16 points with a sweep of the top four spots on the 3-meter. Maria Papworth won with a score of 344.40, and she was followed by Carolina Sculti (328.43), Daria Lenz (312.90) and Lauren Burch (304.58) for one of the Cardinal's best showings of the day. Sculti, Papworth and Lenz also went 2-3-4 on the 1-meter as Stanford's divers combined for 25 points on Friday.

Fresh off being named the Pac-12 Women's Swimmer of the Week, freshman Regan Smith flexed her range with victories in the 200 free (1:48.37), 200 back (1:55.10) and the 200 IM (1:59.65)—with the latter two being faster than the NCAA provisional standard.

Anya Goeders won the 50 free for the second-straight dual, leading a 1-2-4 finish for the Cardinal in 22.78. Taylor Ruck (53.18), Alex Crisera (50.29) and Brooke Forde (2:12.98) won the 100 back, 100 free and 200 breast, respectively to round out Stanford's event victories. Forde's mark gives her a NCAA provisional standard in the event.

The Cardinal return to action with a trip down I-10 to face No. 10 USC tomorrow. The dual against the Trojans will be Stanford's highest-ranked match up so far this season.
