STANFORD, Calif. – Libero Elena Oglivie registered her 1,000th career dig as No. 8 Stanford swept Arizona, 25-17, 25-19, 25-23, Saturday, at Maples Pavilion.
Oglivie racked up a season-high 24 digs for the second consecutive match, becoming the 19th player in program history to reach the 1,000 dig plateau. For the week, she averaged a whopping 6.86 digs per set.
Stanford (22-4) improved to 17-1 in the Pac-12, clinching at least a share of the conference title. The Cardinal will have two chances to win it outright at home next week.
Opposite Kendall Kipp led all players with 17 kills on .316 hitting, seven digs and three blocks. Outside hitter Elia Rubin posted a double-double for the second straight match, totaling 13 kills and 15 digs.
As a team, Stanford hit .275 and held Arizona (15-14, 5-13 Pac-12) to a .154 clip. The Cardinal racked up a season-high 70 digs in just three sets.

Setter Kami Miner also had a double-double, her team-best 10th of the season, with 44 assists and 13 digs. She also matched her career-high with six kills.
Middle blocker McKenna Vicini hit .444 with nine kills, two blocks and a season-high four digs. Outside hitter Caitie Baird added 10 kills, three digs and a pair of aces.
Middle blocker Annabelle Smith finished with four blocks and three kills, while defensive specialists Kelly Belardi and Taylor Beaven each had two digs.
Arizona was led by outside hitters Jaelyn Hodge and Sofia Maldonado Diaz, who each had nine kills. Libero Kamaile Hiapo tallied 23 digs.
Stanford closes out Pac-12 play next week, hosting Oregon State on Wednesday at 4 p.m. and California on Friday at 6 p.m. The Cardinal will recognize its three departing seniors following the match versus the Golden Bears.
