STANFORD, Calif. – In a complete team effort, No. 6 Stanford closed out the regular season with a 25-22, 25-11, 25-14 win over California, Friday, in the Big Spike at Maples Pavilion.

Stanford (24-4) posted its 18th straight win, finishing Pac-12 play at 19-1. The Cardinal started its three departing seniors – Natalie Berty, Emily Teehan and Selina Xu.

Xu tallied three assists, while Berty posted two kills and an assists. Teehan, who made her Maples debut, also notched two kills. The trio was honored during a postmatch ceremony.
 


The Cardinal hit .363 as a team, while holding Cal (7-23, 0-20 Pac-12) to a .079 clip. Stanford hit .615 in the second and tuned in a perfect 100 percent sideout rate in the frame.

Opposite Kendall Kipp had a match-high 15 kills on .407 hitting to go with three blocks. Outside hitter Elia Rubin registered her sixth double-double with 12 kills on a .500 attack percentage and 10 digs. The freshman also posted five blocks.

Setter Kami Miner finished with 32 assists, six digs, three kills and a block. Libero Elena Oglivie collected a match-best 18 digs. The junior has recorded double-digit digs in 26 straight matches.
 


Middle blocker McKenna Vicini was a force at the net against the Bears, posting a season-high 11 blocks along with even kills on .500 hitting. Outside hitter Caitie Baird hit .545 with seven kills, four digs, four blocks and two aces.
 


Cal was led by Lydia Grote's eight kills and four digs, while Peyton Dejardin added seven kills on .438 hitting.

Stanford improves to 82-12 all-time against Cal, having won five straight contests.

Stanford awaits its postseason fate as the NCAA Tournament Selection Show airs on Sunday at 4:30 p.m. on ESPNU.
