Indianapolis starting inside linebacker Bobby Okereke had a career-high 17 tackles, including 12 solo, in the Colts' 38-10 loss at the New York Giants. Okereke had two tackles for loss, a QB hurry, forced a fumble, and earned grades of 92.4 in coverage, 84.4 in tackling, and 89.1 for defense by Pro Football Focus.

San Francisco starting running back Christian McCaffrey rushed for 121 yards on 19 carries and caught six passes for 72 yards in the 49ers' 37-34 overtime victory at Las Vegas. McCaffrey passed Roger Craig for the most receptions in NFL history by a running back in his first six seasons. McCaffrey has 439 receptions in 74 games to Craig's 434 in 94.

Dallas starting tight end Dalton Schultz had seven catches for 56 yards and scored two touchdowns in the Cowboys' 27-13 victory at Tennessee. Schultz twice extended the Cowboys' margin from a one-score lead, catching a 6-yard TD pass for a 17-6 advantage and with 5:06 left in the fourth quarter caught a 10-yarder from Dak Prescott, reaching high to snag it in the back corner of the end zone, to break open a 17-13 game. For the Titans, tight end Austin Hooper has one reception for six yards.

Kansas City starting safety Justin Reid had three tackles, a QB hit, a QB hurry, and a pass breakup in the Chiefs' 27-24 victory over visiting Denver. Reid allowed only one reception in 42 pass-coverage snaps, earning a 42.4 passer-rating against, and an 89.1 defense grade by Pro Football Focus. For the Broncos, starting left tackle Cameron Fleming played every offensive snap, allowing zero sacks or hits, and earning a 76.6 pass-blocking grade by Pro Football Focus.

Seattle tight end Colby Parkinson caught a career-high five passes for 36 yards and scored a touchdown in his first start of the season during a 23-6 victory against the visiting New York Jets. Parkinson also had a season-high in targets while earning a 78.6 offense grade by Pro Football Focus. Parkinson's TD came on a 12-yard pass from Geno Smith to open the scoring. For the Jets, defensive tackle Solomon Thomas had five tackles, including three solo, a sack, two QB hurries, three run stops. Thomas had a team-high 90.9 defense and 90.3 run-defense grades by Pro Football Focus.

Washington defensive end Casey Toohill had three tackles, a sack, and a QB hurry in the Commanders' 24-10 loss to visiting Cleveland. On the sack, Toohill chased down Cleveland QB Dashaun Watson from behind.

Miami outside linebacker Brennan Scarlett made his season debut in a 23-21 loss at New England. Scarlett played 52 percent of the special teams snaps and became the 28th Stanford alum to play in an NFL regular season game this season.

New Orleans starting cornerback Paulson Adebo had six solo tackles, a pass breakup, and a 79.5 tackling grade by Pro Football Focus in the Saints' 20-10 victory at Philadelphia.

Carolina defensive end Henry Anderson had three tackles, three run stops, a tackle for loss, and a team-high 77.0 defense grade by Pro Football Focus in the Panthers' 30-24 loss at Tampa Bay.

Atlanta starting center Drew Dalman played every offensive snap and allowed zero sacks or hits in the Falcons' 20-19 victory over visiting Arizona. Dalman earned a 72.2 run-blocking grade by Pro Football Focus.

Jacksonville left tackle Walker Little made his second consecutive start and played every offensive snap in the Jaguars' 31-3 victory at Houston. For the Texans, starting quarterback Davis Mills completed 22 of 40 passes for 202 yards and rushed four times for 33 yards.

Minnesota starting nose tackle Harrison Phillips had two tackles, a pass deflection, and a 73.4 defense grade by Pro Football Focus in a 41-17 loss at Green Bay.

Los Angeles Chargers right tackle Foster Sarell played seven offensive snaps and one special teams snap in a 31-10 victory over the Los Angeles Rams.

Cincinnati receiver Trenton Irwin and safety Michael Thomas had their Monday night game against visiting Buffalo postponed during the first quarter in the midst of a medical emergency concerning the Bills' Damar Hamlin.

Houston defensive tackle Thomas Booker, New York Jets offensive guard Nate Herbig, and New Orleans offensive guard Andrus Peat were inactive. Tennessee quarterback Kevin Hogan was on the practice squad. New England punter Jake Bailey and running back Ty Montgomery, Arizona tight end Zach Ertz, and Dallas receiver Simi Fehoko were on injured reserve.
