STANFORD, Calif. – Ryann Neushul was named MPSF Player of the Week for Jan. 21, following a career-high six-goal performance in No. 2 Stanford’s 12-7 victory over No. 5 Hawai’i over the weekend at Fresno State’s Polopalooza.
Neushul delivered a career-high six goals on seven shot attempts in the win against the Rainbow Wahine, eclipsing her previous single-game best of five goals against San Jose State on April 28, 2003.
It was the fourth career weekly MPSF honor for Neushul, who was returning to the lineup after redshirting the 2024 campaign to train and compete for Team USA at the 2024 Paris Olympics.
A three-time All-American and Cutino Award contender, Neushul has been a member of three NCAA title teams (2019, 2022-23) during her time on The Farm.
Stanford returns to action this weekend with a pair of matches at the Cal Cup in Berkeley.
