- The first tournament of the spring season gets underway for Stanford women’s golf. The Cardinal plays in the San Diego State Classic on February 10-11. This year’s San Diego State Classic takes place at The Heights Golf Club in San Diego and plays as a par-72 at 6,376 yards.
- Heading into the spring season, Stanford is the top-ranked team in the country in the first Clippd rankings posted on February 5. Of the 12 teams in the San Diego State Classic field, Stanford is the only team ranked in the top-25.
- The Cardinal have never won the San Diego State Classic, but Rachel Heck was the individual champion in 2022. Lauren Kim was the runner-up in 2014.
- Stanford capped off a perfect fall season by winning the Nanea Invitational. Stanford has now won six consecutive stroke play tournaments, the longest streak in program history and the longest active streak in the country.
- The Nanea Invitational was one of the best tournaments in Stanford history. The Card finished 26-under as a team, which is tied for the sixth lowest under par Stanford has finished a tournament, and the best team finish on a par-73.
- Megha Ganne won her second career tournament at the Nanea Invitational, shooting 67-72-71-210 (-9) on the week. She became the 11th Cardinal to win multiple tournaments in her collegiate career.
- In the first tournament of the fall, Paula Martin Sampedro won her first tournament as she tied atop the leaderboard at The Molly Invitational.
- Stanford piled up 11 individual top-10 finishes in the fall. Every golfer who has been in the starting lineup this season is averaging under 72 per round.
- As a team, Stanford led at the conclusion of every stroke play round during the fall portion of the season.
- The Cardinal went 3-0 in match play during the fall, including a 3-2 win over then-No. 2 Texas at the NB3 Matchplay at Twin Warriors.
