Stanford Signs Nine

The Knowles Family Director of Men's Soccer Jeremy Gunn announces incoming freshman class

STANFORD, Calif. - The Knowles Family Director of Men’s Soccer Jeremy Gunn has announced the addition of nine new signees ahead of the 2025 season. The group of Tomo Allen, Brad Bennett, Victor Fung, Dillon Logan, Brayden Montague, Joshua Partal, Jack Pymm, Aidan Reilly, and Jude Stone will arrive on The Farm this fall.

“The nine players making up our 2025 class are a diverse group of talented individuals from across the country. Most importantly, their character embodies the identity and the recruiting philosophy of our program,” coach Gunn said. “Each player’s incredible work ethic, competitive mentality, and growth mindset have been evident throughout the recruiting process. We are very excited to see how impactful this class can be immediately and then into the future. We clearly see the development pathway for each player and can’t wait to get to work with them.”


Tomo Allen | Forward | Danville, Calif.
Competed for the San Jose Earthquakes (2021-25) … previously spent time with the Seattle Sounders (2020-21) … Was named an MLS Next All-Star (2024) … Ranked 4th in the nation in goals during the 2023-24 MLS Next season … Was his club’s leading goal scorer at the U15 (2021-22) and U17 (2023-24) levels … Reached the Generation Adidas Cup semifinals (2024) … Competed in the MLS Next Cup semifinals (2023) … Named as the No. 62 recruit in the Class of 2025 according to TopDrawerSoccer.

Jeremy Gunn on Allen:
“Tomo is a local forward who has continuously impressed us since his early camp days. He complements his big frame with a quality touch and has shown a great appetite and ability to score goals. A constant threat in the box, we are excited to see Tomo compete as a true number nine.”

Personal: Son of Chika and Eric Allen … Has one younger brother, Sena … His great grandfather, Johnny Allen, broke the color barrier at San Jose State as a football, basketball, and baseball student-athlete and was later named to the San Jose State Hall of Fame … Attends ADVANTAGES School International … Intends to pursue a degree in Economics at Stanford.


Brad Bennett | Midfielder | Bakersfield, Calif.
Competed for Ventura County Fusion (2023-25) … Also spent time at Albion SC Central Cal (2022-23), where he served as team captain … Outside of soccer, competed in football and track & field for Liberty High School.

Jeremy Gunn on Bennett: 
“Brad is a powerful wide player with a tremendous change of pace to take on opponents. His pace and athleticism allow him to win 1v1 duels on both sides of the ball. Brad plays wide either defending at the back or marauding forward as a winger.”

Personal: Son of Tonya and David Bennett … has two siblings, Ally and Brock … attends Liberty High School.


Victor Fung | Defender | Weston, Fla.
Competed with Inter Miami CF (2022-25) … Led Inter Miami CF to 2022 U15 MLS Next Cup title, scoring a goal in the championship game in a 2-1 win over Real Salt Lake … Competed internationally for both the Canadian (U17) and Venezuelan (U18 and U20) National Team systems (2023-25) … Named as the No. 27 recruit in the Class of 2026 according to TopDrawerSoccer.

Jeremy Gunn on Fung:
“Victor has been playing very well with Inter Miami and has represented both Canadian and Venezuelan national teams. Victor is a Rolls-Royce defender who can calmly shut down opponents with the minimum of fuss. On the ball, Victor shows a composed eye and smooth distribution.” 

Personal: Son of Jennifer Ng and Victor Fung … Has two younger siblings, Valerie and Alexander … 2025 graduate of Broward Virtual School … Intends to pursue a Management Science & Engineering degree while at Stanford. 


Dillon Logan | Forward | Alexandria, Va.
Competed for Alexandria Soccer Association (2021-25), where he has served as club captain in each of the previous four seasons … Member of the 2024 U19 Capelli Sport All-Star team, where he competed in the Capelli Sport+ Cup in Denmark against German and Danish clubs … Led his club to its first MLS Next Cup playoff appearance in 2023.

Jeremy Gunn on Logan:
“Dillon is a winger from Alexandria with a natural ability to eliminate defenders. He has the desire and belief to constantly go at defenders and pose questions. He is a relentless attacker who can beat opponents on the dribble and by making penetrating runs in behind.”

Personal: Son of Melissa and Christopher Logan … Has one older sibling, Bennett …. Grandfather, John Logan, played professionally for Dunfermline FC in Scotland during the late 1950s and early 1960s … attends Alexandria City High School … intends to pursue a Science, Technology, and Society degree while at Stanford.


Brayden Montague | Goalkeeper | Tampa, Fla.
Competed for Florida Premier FC (2021-25) … Led club to four consecutive ECNL Florida conference titles … Played at the high school level for Carrollwood Day School (2022-25) … Won school’s first-ever Florida state championship (2024) … Broke school record for most shutouts in a season (2024) … Ranked as the No. 178 recruit in the Class of 2025 according to TopDrawerSoccer.

Jeremy Gunn on Montague: 
“Brayden is a complete goalkeeper with a high ceiling and a big personality. He possesses all the traits necessary to become a tremendous goalkeeper. Brayden has a commanding presence and tremendous physical attributes.”

Joshua Partal | Midfielder | Bangor, Maine
Competed for New England Revolution (2021-25), making his New England Revolution II debut last June … Also competed on the high school level at Milton Academy, where he served as team captain last season … Led his team to three IPL conference titles (2023-25) and an NEPSAC title in 2024 … Two-time Massachusetts All-State team (2023-24) … Two-time All-NEPSAC First Team (2023-24) … Two-time All-ISL First Team (2024) … Named to Team East for All-American Game (2024) … Named United Soccer Coaches All-American (2024)

Jeremy Gunn on Partal:
“Josh is an all-action midfielder from New England who excels wherever he goes. Calm on the ball, and determined off it, Josh can dictate the game typically from the center of midfield. Jack Pymm | Midfielder | Stamford, Conn.
Spent the last three seasons competing for Inter Miami CF II and Academy teams (2023-25) … previously spent time with New York City FC Academy … Ranked as the No. 53 recruit in the Class of 2025 by TopDrawerSoccer … Has made eight starts in the 18 appearances in the MLS Next Pro league … Has also competed in Generation Adidas Cup, LaLiga Promises, Man City Surf Cup, MLS Next Cup, and Mundialito. 

Jeremy Gunn on Pymm:

Aidan Reilly | Defender | Weymouth, Mass.
Competed for New England Revolution (2021-25), where he spent four seasons on the Academy teams … Was called to train with the Revolution's first and second teams during the offseason … Was rostered for New England Revolution II in 1-0 victory over New York Red Bulls 2 (June 15, 2024).

Jeremy Gunn on Reilly:
“Aidan is a versatile and experienced defender from the New England Revolution. He has a blend of physicality and technique that should allow him to quickly adapt to the college level. We see Aidan being able to contribute as a full-back or as a central defender ”

Jude Stone | Midfielder | Santa Rosa, Calif.

Jeremy Gunn on Stone:
