STANFORD, Calif. – Juliette Dhalluin and Jenna Flynn have been named finalists for the prestigious Peter J. Cutino Award, established in 1999 and presented annually to the most outstanding female collegiate water polo player in the nation as voted by NCAA Division I coaches.
Dhalluin and Flynn are joined by fellow finalist Emily Ausmus of USC. The winner will be announced at the annual Cutino Awards Dinner to be held Saturday, June 6, at The Olympic Club in San Francisco. The ceremony will be live streamed at Overnght.com.
Eight Cardinal players have combined to win the award 11 times: Ryann Neushul (2025), Aria Fischer (2023), Makenzie Fisher (2019, 2022), Kiley Neushul (2012, 2015), Annika Dries (2011, 2014), Melissa Seidemann (2013), Jackie Frank (2003) and Brenda Villa (2002).
Dhalluin appeared in all 17 games this season, leading the Cardinal in assists (32) while ranking second in goals (49), points (81) and shots (79). A two-time ACWPC All-American (2023, 2025), Dhalluin produced 15 multi-goal games and nine hat tricks.
Dhalluin matched her career high with six goals in a win over USC on April 12, being named MPSF All-Tournament MVP after she helped the Cardinal secure the MPSF title. A three-time All-MPSF honoree who earned second-team accolades in 2026, Dhalluin also was named to the NCAA All-Tournament Second Team. In 2025, Dhalluin scored seven goals in NCAA competition, including a hat trick in Stanford’s championship victory over USC.
A native of Mulhouse, France, Dhalluin arrived on The Farm in 2025 after transferring from Arizona State. She is a member of the national team and represented France at the 2024 Paris Summer Olympics.
Flynn competed in all 17 games this season, leading the Cardinal in goals (54), points (82) and shots (105) while ranking second in assists (28). A two-time ACWPC All-American (2023, 2025) who has led Stanford to two NCAA titles, Flynn produced 15 multi-goal games and 12 hat tricks in 2026.
Flynn is a three-time All-MPSF recipient who was named to the first team for the first time in her career. Flynn closed out the season with 182 goals, ranking 11th all-time among the Cardinal scoring list. Flynn was named to the MPSF All-Tournament Team and the NCAA All-Tournament Second Team.
A native of San Jose, California, Flynn burst onto the scene as a freshman in 2023 when she became one of four freshmen in school history to score at least 60 goals as a rookie.
