  • Paced the team with 57.0 percent shooting from the field, which ranked third in the Pac-12.
  • Tallied seven 20-point games and four double-doubles.
  • Scored a career-best 27 points in a win over then No. 10/11 Oregon (Feb. 1). Grabbed a season-best 15 rebounds in the same game.
  • Became 48th member of program’s 1,000-point club.
  • Ranked second on the team in blocks, moved into 10th on the program’s all-time list with 96.
  • Helped lead Stanford to the nation’s seventh-best defense (KenPom) and 16th-best scoring defense (62.5 ppg).

As a Sophomore (2018-19):

  • Pac-12 All-Academic Honorable Mention selection 
  • Only player to start all 31 games
  • Averaged 9.5 points, 6.0 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 1.3 blocks
  • Ranked second on the team with 40 blocks
  • Ranked 13th in the Pac-12 in rebounding
  • Posted double-double with 15 points and 10 rebounds against Washington (March 3)
  • Scored career-high 23 points twice, most recently at Oregon State (Feb. 7)
  • Totaled four 20-point games, 13 double-digit scoring games and five double-digit rebounding games

As a Freshman (2017-18):

  • Appeared in all 35 games, making 11 starts
  • Averaged 6.2 points and 4.7 rebounds
  • Established school freshman record with a team-leading 55.8 three-point field goal percentage
  • Totaled six double-digit scoring games and two double-digit rebounding games
  • Recorded first career double-double in third career game and first career start with 12 points and a career-best 17 rebounds against Eastern Washington (Nov. 14)
  • 30 blocked shots ranked second on the team and seventh-most by a freshman in program history
  • 29 three-point field goals ranked third on the team and eighth-most by a freshman in school history

Prior to Stanford

  • Native of Munich, regarded as one of Germany’s top prospects
  • Played for Germany’s Under 19 National Team that competed in the 2017 FIBA U19 World Cup in Cairo, Egypt, leading Germany to fifth place in the tournament
  • Started all seven games for Germany in the tournament and averaged 10.3 points, 4.0 rebounds, 1.7 steals and 1.4 blocks in 25.7 minutes per game
  • Competed for Germany in the Under 18 European Championship in 2016, leading Germany to a fourth-place finish with an average of 9.5 points and 6.0 rebounds per game
  • Also played for Germany's Under 18 National Team in the prestigious Albert Schweitzer Tournament in April of 2016, averaging 7.0 points, 5.4 rebounds and 1.7 blocks
  • Standout for Ludwig Gymnasium in Germany
  • Member of the Nachwuchs & Jugend Basketball Bundesliga’s (NBBL) MTSV Schwabing
  • Two-time NBBL All-Star (2016 and 2017), averaging 21.0 points, 8.3 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 2.0 steals and 1.7 blocks
  • Speaks six languages fluently (English, German, Portuguese, Spanish, French and Latin)
  • Works in the stem cell research lab on campus preparing tissue samples (cutting and imaging them), studying certain cell functions and discovering what inhibiting them does to the cell and how that can minimize diseases. Presented his abstract at a medical conference in Baltimore in April of 2019
  • Brother, Tristan, starts his freshman year on the basketball team at Colorado in 2020-21.
