- Scored a career-high 15 points to go with eight rebounds in a win over Portland (Dec. 1)

Before Stanford
- Averaged 10.0 points and 6.4 rebounds per game at FIBA U18 Eurobasket while leading the tournament with 3.1 blocks per game and ranking eighth with 2.7 offensive rebounds per game. Shot 56 percent from the floor and 82.4 percent at the free throw line
- Posted 6.8 points, 7.8 rebounds and 1.8 blocks per game at the 2022 FIBA U16 European Championships in Division B, helping Belgium to a bronze medal
- Scored 6.9 points and grabbed 4.1 rebounds per game in 2024-25 for Hubo Limburg United in the BNXT League, the top division in Belgium and the Netherlands
- Giltay helped lead Hubo Limburg United to the semifinals of the Belgian national playoffs in 2025
- BNXT Young Player of the Month for January in 2025 after tallying averages of 9.8 points and 6.5 rebounds per game on 58 percent shooting.
