• Rowed in the stroke seat of the Cardinal’s varsity eight boat that competed in a dual at Washington
• Rowed in the stroke seat of the varsity eight boat that topped Northeastern and Wisconsin and fell to Syracuse at the Pac-12 Invitational
• Rowed in the stroke seat of the second varsity eight boat that bested Oregon State at the Collegiate Covered Bridge Regatta
• Part of Stanford’s second varsity eight boat that earned a podium finish at the Pac-12 Championships
• Led varsity eight boat to a 13th-place finish at the 2022 IRA Championships as the stroke seat

As a Sophomore (2020-21)

• Pac-12 Spring Academic Honor Roll
• Rowed in the 2 seat for the varsity eight in the season opener against Washington
• Rowed in the 5 seat and 7 seat, respectively, for the varsity eight in head-to-head wins over Oregon State and Santa Clara, and in the 5 seat in the Big Row against Cal
• Helped the varsity eight to third place at the Pac-12 championships as the stroke
• Stroked the varsity eight to fifth place in the grand final at the IRA Championships

As a Freshman (2019-20)

International Competition

• Selected for Team England at the Home Internationals in Strathclyde, Scotland, in 2017
• In the 2017 Home Internationals, won gold in the 8+ and the 4+

Prior to Stanford

• Graduated from London's Latymer Upper School in 2018
• Competed for the Thames Rowing Club in 2018-19
• Won a national championship in the Champ 4+ in 2016
• Captured bronze in at the 2018 national championships in the 4-
• Won theVernon Trophy at eights in Head of the River Race in 2019

• Parents are Max and Miranda Traeger
• Father, Max, was a skier at the Olympic selection level
• Flynn also skied at the Olympic selection level before committing to rowing
• Has a brother, Ted, and sister, Laurie
