International: Teamed with Brad Lawson and brother Kawika Shoji on the United States team at the World University Games in Shenzhen, China, in August, 2011 ... had 11 digs against the Czech Republic ... the U.S. finished 12th, though it posted a 5-3 record ... joined Lawson on the U.S. team that reached the second round of the 2009 junior world championships in India ... named Best Defender and Best Libero at the 2007 youth world championships in Tijuana, Mexico, becoming the first U.S. player to receive such recognition ... named Best Passer, Defender, and Libero at junior NORCECA championships in El Salvador in 2008 while with the U.S. junior national team.
