Roy Abousamra enters his second season as the Assistant Director for Football Equipment in 2021 and his third overall on The Farm. Abousamra rejoined Stanford prior to the 2020 season and was integral in assisting the program through the COVID-affected season.
Abousamra returned to Stanford from Colorado, where he served in a similar capacity for the 2019 season. He was a Football Equipment Assistant for the Cardinal during the 2018 season and in the spring of 2019.
Abousamra graduated from Sterling College in 2015 with a degree in communications, before receiving his master's degree in education in January of 2019 at Fort Hays University. Abousamra and his wife, Melissa, have two kids - Carson and Calvin.
