• Stanford head coach Tara VanDerveer won her 900th career game, becoming just the fifth women’s basketball coach to reach that milestone. She joins Pat Summitt (1,098), Sylvia Hatchell (908), C. Vivian Stringer (905) and Jody Conradt (900).

• Stanford had two players with double-doubles Wednesday, as Chiney Ogwumike scored 27 points with 13 rebounds, and Mikaela Ruef went for 14 points and 12 rebounds. For Ogwumike it was her fifth double-double of the year and for Ruef her second.
• Mikaela Ruef’s 14 points set a new career high, besting her previous mark of 12 points set Feb. 15, 2013 at USC.
• Stanford set season highs with 10 3-pointers made and 26 3-point attempts, as well as 25 assists (on 31 field goals).
• Freshman guard Lili Thompson set season highs with 12 points, three 3-pointers made, five assists and five rebounds.

• Redshirt sophomore guard Alex Green set career highs with eight points, two 3-pointers made and three assists.
• Florida Gulf Coast’s 14 3-pointers made and 44 attempts are both season highs for an opponent against the Cardinal.
• Chiney Ogwumike upped her career scoring total to 1,947 points, passing Kayla Pedersen (1,941) for eighth place on the Stanford list. Ogwumike is now 91 points back of Jeanne Ruark Hoff, who is fifth with 2,038 points. Ogwumike also upped her career rebounding total to 1,201, keeping her fourth on Stanford’s all-time list, 25 behind older sister Nnemkadi Ogwumike’s third-place figure of 1,226. She is also just 65 behind Pedersen’s Pac-12 and Stanford record of 1,266.
• Ogwumike is also 53 points away from becoming the fifth member of Stanford’s 2,000-Point/1,000 Rebound Club.
