THE GAME: No. 14 Stanford hosts CSU Bakersfield for its Nike N7 game honoring Native American Heritage month on Sunday, Nov. 19 at 2 p.m. Chris Fitzgerald and Joaquin Wallace have the call on Stanford's live stream which will be carried on the program's Facebook page and Kevin Danna's radio broadcast can be heard on GoStanford.com.

THE RUNDOWN: Stanford returns 10 letterwinners, but just two starters to a team coming off its seventh Final Four in the past 10 seasons ... Marta Sniezek is the only player on the roster that has averaged over 20 minutes per game in her career ... DiJonai Carrington pulled down 22 rebounds in Friday's win over UC Riverside, tied for the third-most in school history ... Scoring 13.3 points and grabbing 11.3 rebounds through three games, Carrington is one of two guards in the Pac-12 averaging a double-double ... The season opener at Ohio State was the first college game since March 12, 1980 that Tara VanDerveer coached without Amy Tucker involved as a player or assistant ... In her last 18 games, Alanna Smith is averaging 13.3 points, 6.8 rebounds and 2.1 blocks in just under 25 minutes ... Brittany McPhee averaged a team-high 16.8 points per game and made 44.4 percent from behind the arc in the 2017 NCAA Tournament ... Of McPhee's 10 career 20-point games, four have come against ranked teams ... McPhee (USA), Smith (Australia) and Alyssa Jerome (Canada) all represented their countries this summer at tournaments around the globe ...  McPhee (Ann Meyers Drysdale Award/Wooden Award) and Smith (Lisa Leslie Award) are the Cardinal's representatives on major preseason watch lists.

VS. CSU BAKERSFIELD: Stanford is 3-0 all-time against CSU Bakersfield. Last Dec. 1, Erica McCall had an 18-point, 12-rebound double-double to pace Stanford to a 77-56 road win. Bakersfield came out to see its favorite daughter go up against her father Greg McCall's Roadrunner squad and the announced attendance of 1,688 was an Icardo Center record for a women's basketball game. McCall led a quartet of Cardinal in double figures and was joined by Karlie Samuelson's 14, Nadia Fingall's 13 and Alanna Smith's 10.
