Jeanette Morganti enters her seventh season with Stanford baseball. She was promoted to Assistant Athletics Director, Baseball Operations prior to the 2024 season.

In her role with the Cardinal, Morganti is responsible for all day-to-day team operations, handling all financial responsibilities including budget creation and management, team travel, recruiting events, team meals, alumni events, community outreach, special events and assisting with camp operations.

Morganti also serves as the baseball program’s liaison to and works closely with other athletic department staffs including marketing, communications, event operations, development, facilities, tickets operations, fan experience, and compliance.

Morganti came to The Farm following a 12-year stint with Cal athletics where she spent the final four years working as the Director of Operations with Cal baseball and Stanford’s Clarke and Elizabeth Nelson Director of Baseball David Esquer. Including those four seasons at Cal, Morganti has spent the last 11 years on Esquer’s staff.

In addition to her baseball duties at Cal, the Pacifica, Calif. native also worked with men’s and women’s tennis, as well as men’s swimming and diving, while handling all championships on campus as the Golden Bears’ Director of Championships.

Morganti graduated from Cal State Fullerton in 1997 with a BA in communications, with an emphasis in public relations. She earned her Master’s degree in sports management from the University of San Francisco in 2000.
