Hallie Mossett enters her second season on The Farm as a women's gymnastics assistant coach in 2023-24.

In her first year with the Cardinal, Mossett led Stanford's floor group to new heights with fiery choreography that was recognized across the nation. Throughout the season, the Cardinal saw 16 performances that earned scores of 9.90-or-better, and six gymnasts earned or matched their career-best scores throughout the season. Stanford's floor squad finished the season ranked 26th in the nation, led by a season-best floor team score of 49.575 vs. Oregon State on Feb. 24, which marked the program's best home floor score since 2004.

Mossett is no stranger to success on the country's highest stages, earning a Pac-12 Championship with the Bruins as a student-athlete in 2016 and earning conference, regional, and national titles with UCLA as an undergraduate coach in 2018.

Mossett headed back west after a two-year stint at Long Island University. The Los Angeles, Calif. native was a part of head coach Randy Lane's inaugural coaching staff, aiding in the team's launch and successful first two seasons on the competition floor.

During her time with the Sharks, Mossett led the LIU floor team to multiple school-record performances. Mossett's floor squad scored the program's first-ever 49.000+ score at the 2021 EAGL Championships and broke the elusive scoring barrier twice during the 2022 season. Junior Amanda Loo earned the Sharks' first-ever 9.90 score on floor in the team's 2022 meet against Temple, and later in the season recorded the program's best-ever floor mark with a 9.925 against NC State.

Mossett started collegiate coaching in her final year at UCLA, acting as an undergraduate assistant coach during the Bruins' national championship run in 2018. Her assistance in UCLA's floor choreography led the Bruins to stellar performances throughout the season, including four 10.0 scoring routines. The Bruins' floor squad also made marks in the UCLA record books, earning the program's fifth-best team floor score in its history with a 49.775 against Oregon State, Feb. 25, 2018.

Before her collegiate coaching career began, Mossett had an incredibly successful career as a collegiate gymnast. The 2018 UCLA graduate was a two-time All-American on floor exercise, earned first-team All-Pac-12 honors on the same event and was a four-time conference weekly award honoree. During her senior season, Mossett's floor routine went viral and was featured in Entertainment Weekly, Time, People and Cosmo, and earned her an appearance on the TV show Home & Family. Throughout her career, Mossett collected two Pac-12 Specialist of the Week honors and two Pac-12 Freshman of the Week honors.

Prior to her time as a Bruin, Mossett was a five-time VISA Championships competitor, qualifying for the national championship meet from 2007-11. She was named to the U.S. National Team in 2011 and was an alternate for the Pan American Games.
