It didn't take long for No. 3 Stanford to tally its first national champions of the 2025 NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships, as Caroline Bricker, Aurora Roghair, Lillie Nordmann, and Kayla Wilson put on a dominant display to claim the 800 freestyle relay title on Wednesday evening.
Torri Huske topped a loaded 200 IM field to give the Cardinal its first individual champion of the weekend. A new career-high for the Stanford record holder, Huske clocked a 1:49.87 to become just the third woman ever to swim under 1:50.00 in the 200 IM. The win is the first individual NCAA title in Huske’s decorated career, adding to her 800 free relay title in 2022.
