Little joins the Cardinal with experience at the collegiate and the prep school levels. Most recently he was an assistant coach with Prolific Prep in Napa, California, for the 2022-23 season, where he was responsible for scouting and player development on both sides of the ball. The coaching experience came after collegiate stops at Tarleton State, Arkansas and Texas.
A graduate from the University of Texas in 2020, Little was a four-year manager for the program, which led to a graduate assistantship at Arkansas for the 2021-22 campaign. At both stops, Little was responsible for live coding practices and games and assisted with scouting of opposing teams.
Prior to his coaching tenure at Prolific Prep, Little was the director of operations for the basketball program at Tarleton State in 2022.
